I started this blog to share my experiences with being natural. Because I work out a lot and I’m still experimenting with my natural hair 6 years later, I want to share that journey with other naturals who might be in the same boat as me. As I read different blogs, I haven’t seen too many bloggers talking about their styling challenges during and post working out. I also discuss my running/overall fitness journey while I  trained for my first marathon in 2013, as well as my healthy eating journey.

All of these journeys are coinciding at the same time and I want to share my experiences with you.

Also, expect the randomness that is New York City to make an appearance every so often on these hereby pages!
